She thanked the council for ongoing work on the Hamilton Brewery nuisance and said the community will file all available complaints under California civil nuisance law against the owner.

She described ongoing noise after midnight, propane smells, generators, patio TVs, public intoxication, and drunk driving near her home, urging the city to act faster and relocate the brewery.

She played video of intoxicated patrons urinating near her home and described confrontations, over-pouring, DUIs, and towed cars, saying the owner doesn't care about the neighborhood.
