Hamilton's brewery nuisance

Longtime Northtown resident says the brewery operates as a bar, has worn down residents' health and patience, and should have been declared a public nuisance; also angry about a new tobacco shop selling drug paraphernalia near three schools.

Says she initially gave the brewery a chance but regrets it; describes harassment, public urination on Main Street, and poor sheriff response, arguing a bar open until midnight doesn't belong in a residential area.
